Meet Our Staff

Jaime Hamilton
Jaime has worked alongside her father, Dave White, since March of 2012. Starting as a service advisor, progressing to office manager and as of the spring of 2018 is the new owner.
Jaime lives in Hespeler, ON where she is married with two young adults. Her daughter is in 3rd year at Laurentian University and her son is finishing his last year of high school. Jaime has spent an extensive amount of training in all aspects of the business from service advising, to shop management to business ownership. Although never anticipating to take over her father’s business, working alongside he and the other technicians with over 50+ years of combined experience has turned into a great endeavour.
Each day presents new challenges & learning opportunities and this is one of the aspects of the automotive world that she loves. She is the friendly, smiling face you will meet each time you visit the shop and goes the extra mile to take care of all of her clients.

Dave White
Dave has been officially retired since April of 2018. Selling his 40 year business to his daughter Jaime. Dave started the business in 1975 after his father retired and grew the business to what it is today. Forming a foundation of strong values, hard work & ultimate customer service Dave passed over the business to his daughter Jaime in 2018; now in its third generation.
Dave can still be found at the shop on occasion, picking up parts or clients; retrieving tires from storage; performing equipment or shop maintenance and above all, always willing to lend a hand when needed. You may receive a follow-up call from Dave after your vehicle repairs; something he has always done and continues to do to keep in contact with our clientele and ensure you are satisfied with our service.

Aaron Marshall
Aaron is the shops foreman and service advisor. He has been a licensed technician at College Auto Tech since 2003. He is the shop's lead diagnostician and mentor for our other technicians.
Outside of work Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter; camping in the summers and snowmobiling in the winter. Aaron has a love for car racing and also works as part of a pit crew at several car races throughout Ontario.

Andy Hopf
Andy has been a licensed technician since 1986, graduating from Conestoga College. He has 37 years of experience including 2 years as a service advisor. Andy apprenticed under Dave and worked at College Auto Tech for 29 years. He is excited to be back to work with Jaime as the 3rd generation owner.
Andy loves to spend his spare time with family, most recently with his two beautiful grandchildren as well as puttering around the house.
