Meet Our Staff

Jaime Hamilton

Jaime worked alongside her father, Dave White, since March of 2012. Starting as a service advisor, progressing to office manager and as of 2018 became the owner.

Jaime lives in Hespeler, ON where she is married with two young adults. Her daughter is in 4th year at Laurentian University and her son has started Fanshawe College this fall. Jaime has spent an extensive amount of training in all aspects of the business from service advising, to shop management to business ownership. Although never anticipating to take over her father’s business, working alongside he and the other technicians with over 50+ years of combined experience has turned into a great endeavour.

Each day presents new challenges & learning opportunities and this is one of the aspects of the automotive world that she loves. She is the friendly, smiling face you will meet each time you visit the shop and goes the extra mile to take care of all of her clients.

Aaron Marshall

Aaron is the shops foreman and service advisor. He has been a licensed technician at College Auto Tech since 2003. He is the shop's lead diagnostician and mentor for our other technicians.

Outside of work Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter; camping in the summers and snowmobiling in the winter. Aaron has a love for car racing and also works as part of a pit crew at several car races throughout Ontario.

Andy Hopf

Andy has been a licensed technician since 1986, graduating from Conestoga College. He has 37 years of experience including 2 years as a service advisor. Andy apprenticed under Dave and worked at College Auto Tech for 29 years. He is excited to be back to work with Jaime as the 3rd generation owner.

Andy loves to spend his spare time with family, most recently with his two beautiful grandchildren as well as puttering around the house.

James was born and raised in Puslinch Ontario, receiving his Ontario Secondary School Diploma in 2018. James represented his high school in 3 consecutive years of Automotive Skills Competitions. He also completed his first level of apprenticeship training through OYAP before receiving his Ontario Secondary School Diploma. Upon graduation James was the recipient of the GGOA (Guelph Garage Owners Association) award; honoured to the top student in the automotive program. James completed his apprenticeship program this fall and is now a licensed automotive technician.

In his down time, James can usually be found in his shop working on automobiles and small engines such as dirt bikes, snowmobiles and four wheelers.

Rick Hanlon

Rick has been working in the automotive repair field for over 20 years and has been a licensed technician since 2021. He is often caught singing in the shop which puts a smile on most of the techs faces!

In his down time, Rick can be found working on various project vehicles in his home shop. He enjoys spending time with his family and his dog and plays the occasional video game.
